Yoga in the Quad

IMPORTANT: Please note that the time of this event has been moved from 12pm-1pm to 1pm-2pm.

Join us in person at the X University Quad for some socially distanced yoga!

Led by an amazing instructor, this class is open to folks of all skill levels. We encourage you to bring your own mat and gear, but we will have a few sanitized mats available for those who need them. Hope to see you there!

Facilitator

Ang (she/her) discovered yoga in 2009. The movement practice came naturally and reminded her of her days as a gymnast. Connecting that movement with breath to create stillness of mind is what really drew her in. She was a chronic overachiever with an addictive background and had struggled with dependencies of all kinds. She saw patterns in her practice that mirrored patterns in real life and Ang truly believed yoga was the vehicle that slowed her down enough to see what to let go of and what to lean into. Ang hopes to bring that clarity to everyone when she teaches. Her classes focus on precise and playful movement to foster curiosity without fear or judgment.
